National Conference on Recent Advancement in Physical Sciences (NC RAPS-2019)

The vision behind organizing this conference is to provide an excellent forum for researchers, scientist and industrialist from interdisciplinary areas to showcase their current contribution in the recent area of Physical Sciences. The objectives of National Conference on Recent Advancement in Physical Sciences-2019 (NC RAPS-2019) are to abreast the young minds from Institutes, Universities, Colleges and Industries across the country, with the latest advancements in the field of this area, and providing them an opportunity to share their recent researches and views in various fields of Physical Sciences and their applications for the ultimate benefit of the Society and Industry. The broad aim of the conference is to groom the young scientists' minds to face the challenges of future for effective and efficient professional responsibilities. The conference will cover a wide range of topics in the form of plenary speakers, keynote speakers, invited talks & contributory papers/poster presentations.

About NIT, Uttarakhand

National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand (NITUK) is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technologies in the country. Since its inception, this Institute has grown many fields and has established itself as one of the best Technical Educational Institutes. NITUK is established in 2009 under the Act of Parliament by Ministry of Human Resource Development. At present, the Institute have about 1006 undergraduates, 112 postgraduates and 15 Ph.D. scholars. The Institute offers full time B. Tech. and M.Tech. Program in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering branches. NITUK has made a very rapid growth in the recent past in terms of starting new academic programs, revision of academic curriculum, development of laboratories and infrastructure. The under-graduate programs have been made credits based and a large number of electives are offered to the students. At present, NITUK has faculty strength of 51. Presently, NIT UK has two different campuses, one in Srinagar, Uttarakhand and satellite campus is situated at MNIT, Jaipur. This conference will be held in Satellite campus at Jaipur.
